Biography
University of Brighton, Editorial Photography (BA) 2002-2005. First Class Honours.
Barnard - Lisa, b England 1967. Lives in Lewes, England. Works in London and Abroad. Completed a BA in Editorial Photography with First Class Honors in June 2005 at Brighton University. Her photographic practice is connected to both the fine art and documentary photographic genres. Her area of research is focused on the relationship between aesthetic theories of post Marxist philosophers, present day politics and photographic/film mediums. She receives regular photographic commissions, including portraiture, architecture, editorial and educational projects. She is visiting lecturer at Brighton University. 2006- present day.

On permanent display at the Unicorn Theatre are Holograms of the Children’s Laureates: Quentin Blake, Anne Fine, Michael Morpurgo and Jacqueline Wilson. Michael Rosen, the new Laureate, will be completed over the next year.
